RECEIPT
The payment receipt will be issued in the name of the individual or under the corporate taxpayers' registration number of the legal entity, as the case may be, with the respective CPF or CNPJ number included in the registration form.
REPLACEMENT OF REGISTERED PARTICIPANT
The replacement of registered participants will be permitted free of charge, subject to the written authorization of the participant that wishes to assign the registration, jointly with a registration form complete with the information of the replacing participant, faxed to the number +55 21 2545-7863, by November 10, 2008.
CANCELLATION OF REGISTRATION
Requests for cancellation of registration shall be sent, in writing, to fax number +55 21 2545-7863. The registration fee will not be subject to reimbursement.
